Original question:
I have written and tested the same circuit as the BQ40Z60EVM.
The battery to charge is 11.1v 3cell li-po. I'm observing the register through bqstudio, the CHGSTAT register is not set, and no charge current flows at all.
PH is not switched like an EVM as a result of taking an oscilloscope.
I would be grateful if someone could tell me which is the problem.

here's my log file, and I find out that CHG FET and DSG FET do not close.
In BQSTUDIO, the gate voltage stays at 12.8V at 13.2V even when FET_EN is set and cleared...
and i attached pulse of HIDRV. It's strange.
Is there a problem with soldering?

after some debug(re-soldering etc.), A small charge current (60 to 100 mA) was allowed to flow.
But it still does not work like an EVM board. We reviewed several parts of the circuit and found that:
1. DSG voltage according to FET_EN is lower than EVM board (12 ~ 13V)
2. PH waveform is different (attached photo)
