In the datasheet of LM20146 in page 16 there is a equation for calculating the value of resistor Rt. But it didn't make any sense, when i giving the lowest switching frequency and highest switching frequency it will always giving the negative values in the range of -54.... Only the values after the fraction is changing. When i using the WEBENCH it is showing resistance in the range of k. So what is the correct equation to find value of Rt

The frequency is 750 khz. So the equation will be (78000/750*10^3)-55. Then the answer will be in negative range.

Use 750, not 750000 or 750*10^3. The frequency is in kHz, not Hz.
