Hi Leonid,

A couple comment regarding the schematic that caught my eye.
D14 should be unidirectional.
C82 is too small. You may have startup issues. this should 22uF if you using ceramic caps, you may want 2x22uF in parlallel.

Tnx for answer!
I changed C82 to 47uF 16V. I also found that Vr of D13 isn't enough - it's only 30V, and I changed it to MBRD360RLG with 60V.
But it still isn't working. Are there similar reference designs in TI with DC-DC output of 24V (can be also in range of 18 - 28V)?
