UCC28910: Modify EVM for 12V output

Wurth has recommended the below transformer for obtaining 12v output. Can you tell me what changes are needed in the UCC28910 eval kit in order to use this transformer, and advise what the max output current would be?

The transformer is ok to work. The maximum output current is about 420 mA. Other changes are in the attached PDF file.

Thank you. I modified the eval kit to match these changes. I have regulation under no load, but lose it and see reset under very light loads (10mA example below) or large loads.

Can you check and provide the waveforms at AUX, DRAIN, VDD, IFX and C2 to see any clue can be found?
