Now LP8860 fault pin is connected with MCU, is their any way to disconnect it by soft register?

Hello,

If FAULT pin is not used then best way is to leave pin floating.
You can only disable some of the faults with their corresponding MASK registers but this is not the case for all. You can refer to Table 17 in the datasheet for details on all the available faults and whether they have mask bits which will disable FAULT pin and status. If you want to prevent MCU from acting on a FAULT, it's best to disconnect pin completely or change code on MCU to ignore FAULT set condition.
