Thank you for your question.
We have a topology in mind, a flyback; main topic is that the xfmr is designed for lowest inter windings capacitance
in between primary and secondary.
PMP30387 shows a flybuck w/ single channel dual output +15V/-5V; negative winding needs redesign for -8V.

The voltage is simply adjusted by the windings ratio. For 2x300mA you will need to check the input voltage range and so the resulting max peak current at the internal switch.
Attached are three transformers we've used with flybuck up to now. The transformer for the -9V is already pretty close and is specified for 200mA.
