LM5022: Isolated DC/DC solution

Hi

I want to realize such plan:

wide range power input:about DC15V~48V;

output :24V (above 0.6A)

I searched in TI and I found a design 

PMP11047,  but I can't get the transformer convieniently,so I want get some device about the tranformer in this design.
