My requirement of power supply is
Type 1. input 24v Dc to 5V DC 3A +/- 2.5 % (Isotlated from input)
Type 2. input 24v DC to 5V DC 3A reg +/- 2.5%& 10v DC 300ma, reg +/- 10 to
15% (isolation between all o/p's)
Type 3. input 5v to 3.3v switching non isolating.
Can you suggest a suitable device that can cater to the above requirements?
I am not looking for a module. I am looking for a discrete part to design a solution.

For type 1 and 2, I would recommend a flyback converter for this power level. Our UCC3809 would be a good controller for this. In fact on our our web page for this device you will find two good app notes to help with your design, see these links:

The input voltage range is a higher on these designs so you will have to modify the primary side.
In type 2 the 10V can be a second secondary winding with diode and capacitor. Depending on your load variations this second winding configuration should meet your +/-10% on the 10V.
You didn't mention the output current on your type 3 converter, but if you put your design specs into our SwitcherPRO software a solution will be recommended. The software can be found here:

Thing is... my customer wants all the three desings in the same board. So preferably he wants a single part to be used.
Also details on the transformer design are also needed.
The O/p cusrrent for the 3rd type is 3A.

You will not get one controller to do all 4 outputs. If you combine the two 5V outputs to one 5V at 6A (+ the 3.3V converter input current about 2.4A). You could make an flyback design using the UCC3809 to give the 5V and 10V, two windings on the transformer.
Then the 3.3V would be generated using a TPS54331 (http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/tps54331.html) from the 5V.
