  • Hi,

Were you able to review the app note I sent in the previous conversation?

    Thanks,
    Matt
  • Hi Peiheng Liu,

To provide the tools team with more information, please describe the environment and procedure followed when this error was encountered.

    1) What version of windows? Which security update pack?
    2) Did this error occur immediately when opening the program? After the program was opened for some time? When performing a particular action?
    3) What devices and how many were connected to the computer (e.g., 3 EV2400s, 2 EV2300s)
    4) Which version of bqProduction were you running? Do any older versions work?
    5) Are you able to launch any version(s) of bqStudio? If so, which versions.
    6) Which version of JAVA is currently installed on your system?

To fix the issue, please reinstall java, the latest version of bqProduction, make sure the EV2400 is using the latest firmware, and try launching again.  If these steps do not fix the issue, please let us know.

    Sincerely,
    Bryan Kahler
