What is the status of the Mode and is ISET2 pulled high or low through the 10k resistor when this issue is seen?

Mode is high(3.906V)
ISET2 is also high (3.183V)

Hello Siva,
Your DPPM voltage with a 37.4k resistor is set to 4.3V which is above the maximum for 3.8V. I'll suggest reducing the DPPM voltage to a lower value within the limits. This will prevent the IC from reducing the charging current to support OUT.

Battery charging pin voltage is 4.3V or output of battery charger is 4.3V?

Siva,
For a DPPM voltage of 3.2V, you can use 27.8k ohms. However, your DPPM voltage will depend on your application. You'll want to set this to the minimum point you want VOUT to drop to (due to heavy load) that could affect your system.
