Hello,

My product is the TPS65217CRSLT from TPS65217 Power Management IC.

I have a case where VSYS and PB_IN works (VSYS has 1V1 and PB_IN has 5V0).

But I don't have any output signal (LDO, LS, DCDC).

Have you any recommendation to debug this problem?

    Hi Adjivas,

    Which power on condition are you using (PB_IN falling edge, AC rising edge, or USB rising edge)?

    Also, are you pulling PWR_EN high?

    You can see the state diagram in Figure 24 in the datasheet.

    Please note that this is a holiday weekend in the United States, so next response will likely be on Tuesday.
