TPS2660: TPS2660 application question

Hi Team,

My customer is using our TPS2660 and testing it. Below is the schematic they are using:

R302 and R303 are all 0ohm resistors. The default UVLO voltage customer setting is 15V. According to datasheet the hysteresis voltage should be about 1V. But when customer did the test, you can refer below tested waveform:

The input voltage of TPS2660 is 15.6V, not 15V as showed in below yellow waveform. The pink waveform is the output of TPS2660.

As you can see the TPS2660 is open and closed repeatly, seems no hysteresis? Can you help explain why it is and how to resolve this issue? Thanks.

I have send the mail and the more clear test waveform to you for two times but didn't get your reply, do you think we should discuss on Mail or we need to discuss on E2E? My customer already waiting for this for so long time and already complain on this. Can you take sometime to help on this? Or any expert can help on this? Thanks a lot!
