Sorry I just realized the LM2662 cannot do -10V, because its pin rating is -5.5V. The original concept aside from the rating was to generate 2x Vin from Vout, namely +10V, so the first device implements a doubler. Then use the 2nd device as the inverting charge pump to convert the +10V to -10V. I am very sorry for the mistake that I overlooked the voltage rating, which may mislead you to a wrong direction.

I tried to find a different charge pump that can handle the voltage, but the charge pump product webpage is down today. Will try another time.

Yes, I think that a doubler is the only suggestion with the charge pump.
Is 47uF necessary from oscillatory frequency and a load current?
