Hello friends. I want to make an output in this PWM so that dc dc conwerter I can control it using a microcontroller. Does anyone know how?

    Hello Rafal,
    You should review the design references on the webpage for the TL494.
    For example Figure 35 in this document :
    www.ti.com/.../slva001e.pdf
    shows how to control the output voltage of a particular DCDC converter that has a fixed voltage output with current limit.
    You can use this as a basis for design ideas on how to implement you system requirements.
    When you have more information on your requirements you will be able to proceed with an actual circuit design.
