In my application, using BQ3060+BQ24610 to charge the 2p4s battery pack.

there is such a phenomenon, when the STAT1 led in the blink, I put the SMBus line to EV2300 or touch the bq3060 SMBus line with the hand, this time STAT1 led will keep the on, and bq24610 can normally charge.

    Is the problem with the charger or the gauge? If you are handling this issue in the other thread then may we close this thread, please?

    Hi Tao,
    Can you please check your setting for "Operation Cfg B" BIT11 which is the [NRCHG] bit. If this bit is set to 0 and the gauge is going to sleep, then it is possible that the CHG FET will be turned off. Touching the SMBus lines is likely waking up the gauge and allowing charging.
    Setting [NRCHG] bit to 1 should resolve the issue if this is the case.
