UCD3138: UCD3138 doesn't go to ROM and can't download new code

Hello, 

I want to download a new program to my UCD3138, but it is not possible as it is not going to ROM when tries to download new programs. I tried using command to ROM, but it is not working. I get this message 

When trying to download the new program, a similar mesage appears, which says it i has not been possible to go to ROM mode.

    Which firmware project are you using?
    Please note that if you recompile the code with a different version of compiler sometimes CCS forgets that the file zero_out_integrity_word was originaly set to 32 bit (ARM mode) code state in Processor Options. And it goes to 16 bit (Thumb mode) code state.

    Please make sure that during R&D phase you choose the GUI option "Do not write CheckSum" when downloading firmware.
    The current UCD3138 device you have may be locked now and better be replaced.

    What is the exact part number of UCD you are using. Some of the device can be unlocked using JTAG.
