I'm having the same issue the cell voltage showing wrong in bqstudio and actual voltage is different.

your per cell voltage can be off by 1-2mV but your stack voltage should be correct. Your voltages depend on how good your connections are to the evm.

Then how have you connected the battery pack to the gauge? Is it just top of the stack and the bottom of the stack? Is your battery connection per the schematic in the DS? Attach a screenshot here.

How many cells in series does your stack have? Have you connected VC1, VC2, VC3 and VC4?

Please send me your schematic and a drawing of your battery connection. You can't just connect the top of the stack and the bottom and expect the gauge to work. It's difficult if you don't provide me the data needed. Also please send a screenshot of the voltage readings from the registers in bqstudio.

So, what you're telling me here is that BAT voltage is correct while the individual cell voltages and the stack voltage is wrong? Am I correct? If yes, please send me your gg.csv file and upload it here as a zip file.

Rahul,

You need to click on the data memory button in battery management studio. Then do a read all. The click on export. The file that you export will have be your .gg.csv file. My suspicion is that your cell gain is not correct. Please change that to the default, I think it's 12101. Then you should be OK.

Yeah, someone fiddled with your cell gain. Change that back to 12101. That's not meant to be changed.
