Why is cap free LDO stable without the output capacitor?
I understand that only the parasitic capacitance can compensate the internal control loop, is it correct?
Also, could you please provide any reference material on Cap free mechanism?

Hi Yuto-san,
The design methods used that allow TLV733P to be stable without any external capacitors is proprietary to TI. We will not share our design method.
Figures 25 through 28 show the load transient response of TLV733P with and without an output capacitor. As you can see, the magnitude of the response is smaller with an output capacitor; however, both conditions indicate stability:
