BQ24170: sometimes, it can't charge fully

Hi Team

   we desgin a charger board using BQ24170, the schematic attach below.2 and 3 is shorted in the J14.

We meet a problem, sometimes, Battery can't be charged fully(30+% or 90+%) and it stop to charge, the state LED is blinking. we confirm it don't happen below conditions.

So can you helo to check the schematic and optimize the design ? thanks

    Hi,

    1. Have you verified your design using the bq2417x calculation tool downloadable at www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware ?
    2. The STAT pin blinks when Charge suspend, Input overvoltage, Battery overvoltage, timer fault, battery absent. Please debug and clear fault conditions if any.
