LM5575: SW pin -1.5V steady state limit

Part Number: LM5575

We have a 48V system. We are using LM5575 buck converter IC on our board. According to data sheet PRE shorted with SW should be -1.5V steady state. I have measure a different value. at 0.8A constant load current i have -5V and at 1A constant load current it is -6.8V. Attached is the result i have captured. I have been answered that for less than 50ns and 3-4V negative will not degrade the component but i have more than 4V negative. Will my LM5575 be safe in long time?
