AC to DC converter design

I am looking for AC to DC converter design. My requirement is below
1) Input is 85 to 245V AC 50/60Hz
2) Output 16V 150A DC or 16V 100A DC.
3) size of the PCB is 90x80 mm
4) Weight should <1kg.

Can please suggest suitable device.

Hello Sankar,

I recommend you look through TI Reference Designs to find a design that is similar to your requirements: http://www.ti.com/power-management/reference-designs.html . Using the 85-265VAC input and 16voUT you stated, I see at least four designs that might be used as a basis for your design, although the IOUT is only 20A: http://www.ti.com/reference-designs/index.html#search?vinmin=85&vinmax=265&vout=16&intype=AC . From here, you can determine what you would need to change to increase the IOT requirement.

Alternatively, you could use WEBENCH, but again, the maximum IOUT I could see is 25A, based on the UCC28600: https://webench.ti.com/power-designer/switching-regulator/select .

Hi,
I need 16V 100A or 150A supply design. or I can cascade 25A supply to make 100A.
