Dears,

I use LM25069 in my product, as below mode, The Under-Voltage Lock-Out is 4.5--4.53V, and Over-Voltage Lock-Out is 5.5--5.53V.

As my DCDC power module for Vsys = 5V needs 5mA load for starting up, my R1~R4 will be decrease to a limited resistance.

I want to know a Minimum resistance for R1~R4, and if below it will damage LM25069？

Hi Martin,

UVLO/EN and OVLO are high impedance pins. The leakage current through these pins is is only 1uA i(n steady state) or at max 26uA (during hysteresis) irrespective of the external resistors.
You should not exceed the Absolute Maximum Voltage rating of these pins. Since you are operating at 5V, it is fine.
Just make sure you use resistors with enough power rating.
