What is the NDA? Is the customer with Intel's NDA or the customer with TI's NDA?

If it is a customer with Intel's NDA, I have received a PDF file via Email. I can send the customer and Intel's NDA to you. If it is TI and the customer's NDA, can you give me the format? I ask the customer to sign.

Both NDA's are needed, TI and Intel.
