TPS65130: TPS65130 negative output issue

Hi there,

We met issue in using TPS65130, the negative cannot output current. And the positive output have low load ability.

I soldered this part of the circuit separately with another PCB. The phenomenon is the same. There are several ICs damaged during the test, and the same phenomenon after replacement.
After I rotated the D6 by 90 degrees, the load capacity seemed to increase (about 60 mA). However, the load capacity of the positive and negative power supplies is not as 800mA as written in the specification.
Which devices are related to the circuit?

    I believe I have already responded to you about this query in an e-mail but I am also copying my response in this thread.
    Few things that I noticed after review are:

    - C50 for VREF filtering should be 220nF.
    - I calculated the values of feedforward capacitors C48 and C51 as 6.8pF. Currently customer schematics is showing 18pF. Please use equations 11 and 12 in the datasheet to calculate these capacitor values.
    - With some noisier customer designs, we have noticed there is too much noise coupling into FBN pin through feed forward capacitor C51. For this reason we suggest to add a 51K ohm resistor in series with the C51 between C51 and -15V node. This will stabilize the loop and customer should be able to get –ve supply voltage.
    - TPS65130 has minimum switch current limit of 700mA for VPOS. With high conversion ratio (15V/5V) in customer application, load current will be smaller on VPOS. Switch will reach current limit around 90mA. If customer needs higher current, they should use TPS65131 instead.

    Please let me know if the customer is still having issues after trying these suggestion.
