The device is already pre-programmed to set the default voltages of SMPSx output voltages and LDOx output voltages. Once the device turns on, you can change the default voltages to other voltage levels or disable any rails using I2C. The EVM and online GUI supports the I2C communication.
If you reset the device, the PMIC will turn on with the original startup voltages for the SMPS and LDO rails. You will have to change their voltages again after the startup is complete.
