Hi,

Can you specify DCR value?

VCCP schematic overall looks ok, however, I cannot confirm DCR sensing parameters due to lack of DCR information, you may need to have DCR to check IMON/OCP/DCR sensing value.

Thanks a lot for your advice.
I will share the DCR information latter.
We refer to the public version design of Intel Harcuvar.
The TPS53625RSMR voltage measured now has no output.
Could you please help to guide which points can be confirmed first?
Currently VR_ON, VR_HOT# is high.

Hi Elsa,

You did not mention which rail has issue, so I assume it is from VCCP.

Please check following items

1. Is switching node switching? If the answer is yes, try to put C884 and C905, if that works, it might be related to wrong trigger OCP due to insufficient capacitance between PVCCP_CSP/CSN.

2. If the switching node is not switching, please go checking 3V3, 5V power up sequence, please make sure enable is the last asserted signal to the VR.
