Hi,
This is an old device that uses the National Semiconductor marking conventions that are explained in this pdf file:
The top side markings are explained in Figure 3 and can be found in the old National Semiconductor datasheet for this device. The bottom side markings include a one character date code indicated by the letter 'Y'. This corresponds to 1042 in the conventional YYWW date code format (the 42nd week of 2010).
Unfortunately, the remaining two characters likely refer to National Semiconductor assembly and lot information that is no longer available. Additional information about National Semiconductor marking conventions can be found in this pdf:
Thanks,
Gerard
Hi,
National Semiconductor was already part of TI in 2013, so LP2985 devices manufactured at this time and later should follow TI marking conventions. The top marking does not have any date information as explained in Figure 3 of the first pdf link in my previous post:
Unfortunately, I can not see any markings on the bottom of the device in the first two pictures you linked.
The part lookup tool on the TI website can be used to find additional information with the top markings:

I would also like to point out that these two devices, LP2985IM5-3.3 and LP2985IM5-5.0, are not recommended for new designs. Please consider using the active versions, the LP2985IM5-3.3/NOPB and the LP2985IM5-5.0/NOPB, instead.
Thanks,
Gerard
