Hello Team,

may I ask you for the accuracy of the internal reference over the whole temperature range (Vin = 12V), please?

The data sheet only specifies the accuracy of the feedback voltage at Vin = 12V, Tj = 25°C with 0.8V +/- 1%.

In below screenshot EC table, it shows the accuracy of the internal reference over TJ = –40°C to 125°C is +/-2%.

As Zhao’s feedback, for full temperature@ full VIn, Vout accuracy is -2%~2%.

accuracy should be better than +-2% over temperature if Vin stays constant. Can you provide a number, please?

Hi, sir

Actually, the internal reference has high performance PSRR, we can ignore the REF variation when Vin changing.

So you can think the accuracy is also +/-2% over temperature when Vin keeps constant.
