BQ51003: PIN connection Issue

My question is so foolish but i can't find a soluzion. I take the schematic of BQ51003 from TI eval brd.

But i Don't know how to connect those pins. There is no space for route or for vias and i've no idea about how to connect them to theirs components.

Maybe there's some trick that i don't know .... How can i connect them?

Thanks for using the E2E forum.

We have a reference design that could be used as a guide for layout and routing of signal, see TIDA-00318.

Also the BQ51013B is a similar device, higher current but can be configured to operate at lower current. It is available in a QFN package that may be easier to layout in your application.

thanks for your fast replay. I replace the package with one similar you suggest to me so it's easiest connect the pin.
