LM25085: How to reduce inrush current?

Hi

The input voltage is 36V and the output voltage is 5V.           

When the output load current is 3.7A, the input current is 1.3A at steady state, but the inrush current is 3.3A.           

Is there any way to reduce the inrush current?   

Input capacitors have tried put 10uF and 220uF, and Radj and Rt resistors have also tried to increase their values.           

But there was no significant improvement.
