Dear Sir, 

I am using UCC27211 to drive the High side MOSFET CSD18535KCS. 

I am getting  peak to peak output Voltage which is equal to the input voltage to UCC , rather than getting the voltage equal to supply given to Drain of High Side MOSFET. I have used Bootstrap capacitance of 0.1uF. Is there any problem with the placing of Bootstrapping capacitor?

I have attached my PCB design.

    Hello Hitesh,
    The placement and routing of the bootstrap capacitor looks very good, with close placement and short trace connections. I do not see the connection from the UCC27211 HS pin to the high side MOSFET source and low side MOSFET drain. Can you confirm if that connection is in place, or if the driver is not driving a typical MOSFET half bridge, can you provide a schematic. The schematic can be simplified if desired.
