Is it possible to charge the battery fully in Wait-On state

    Wait-On state is essentially an OFF state of the device. All internal supplies are OFF and hence not possible to have BCI section ON.

    In the Wait-On state if you connect a battery charger then depending on the battery level you will have pre-charge and when battery level is greater than 3.2 the device will turn ON.
