BQ27520-G4: after several charging/discharging cycles, the state of charge stops update

Hi expert,

Customer uses bq27520-g4 to monitor bat which rated as 3.7V, 3500mAH.

During the test, after several charging/discharging cycles between 0%~100% and 100%~0%, the state of charge stops update stuck at 100% without refreshing.

As below plot, discharge the battery from 4.1V to 3.75V, the state of charge value remains at 100%.

Is it normal? Any suggestions to debug? Thanks!

Hello Zach,

In the log file you sent over, it doesn't look like the voltage is dropping to the 3.75V as you explained previously. I will need a log file that shows the behavior you are describing in order to debug this. In the meantime, how was the chemID for this matched?
