Sorry for the late reply. I have looked into the schematic that you provided. You have put some snubber circuit from drain to source, and that may be the reason for having this slow turn off slope. Typically the channel can turn off very fast. However, the inductor has to charge the capacitance across drain to source. If your current is small, this can take very long time. I would suggest you try it without the snubber. Thank you!
