TINA/Spice/TPS2492: Have you corrected the TPS2492 broken model yet?

Part Number: TPS2492
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI, , TPS2493

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

Last year I mentioned a problem I found with the TPS2492 TINA model. Where its PG pin was outputting the wrong polarity. As I also mentioned at the time, the TPS2493 model was working as per the data sheet. You agreed that this was a model error and indicated that it would be fixed in a few weeks. This was back in October 2018.

Therefore could you tell me if this has been fixed yet.

At the same time, I would like to mention that both models the TPS2492 and TPS2493 seem to have an artefact. Both of them produce a probe output called "V_U1_V2". This can not seem to be removed. Not critical of course, but I spent an hour or so searching my schematic for what I thought was a probe I had forgotten about until I realised it was coming from the model of the TPS2492.

Any update?

All the best

Aidan
