Hello ,
We are planning to use Part# TPS23523 in our design for 20A operating current at negative 48VDC.
Below are our queries, please clarify :
1)What should be the drain pad area for mosfets to mount the heat sink aiming to reduce Rtheta,ja(Row#35, in the attached sheet) to 40?. Because as per datasheet value of Rjtheta is 62.
2) Weather the heat sinks are required for both the mosfets(part#CSD19536KTT
and part#CSD19532Q5B) ?
If required , kindly provide the details.
3) In the design sheet,at Row#39 Tj(max) for the Q1 is 124 degree centigrade. can Q1 withstand at this temperature?
