TPS2546: TPS2546 can charge and read data when phone insert

Hi Team,

My customer use TPS2546. It can play when USB insert but it can't connect when phone insert (can't charge and can'r transfer data).

Do you have any advice about this?

Would you be able to elaborate more as to what you are seeing?

What device are you referring to when you say "USB insert"? And what do you mean by play? Is it able to charge, transfer data, etc..?

What phone are you connecting when you refer to "phone insert"?

What mode is the TPS2546 in when you see that it is unable to charge or transfer data?

Finally, are you using the TPS2546EVM, or a customer board?

Hi Adam，

I have checked the customer SCH and found it is just because they connect the status/Fault pin with CTL pin. When they disconnect them, it work normal. Thanks for your reply! Many thanks！
