Can you please suggest me some stand-alone UCC28950 circuit which can give PWM signal to see in the oscilloscope.

Dear，

I don't have stand-alone circuit what you want on hand. but you can refer to UCC28950 or UCC27714EVM-551 to design your circuit.

I also propose you check below items to generate pulse.

VDD,VREF,SS,COMP,CS,TMIN
