How can i find the MTBF of INA240A1PW. i cant find the MTBF on the datasheet.so,how can i find this chip's MTBF.

    Hi,
    Are you looking to find MTBF data for the DCR010505 or the INA240A1PW? I cover the power module portfolio and can answer for the DCR010505.

    The FITS data can be used to calculate the MTBF data as follows:

    1 FIT = 10^−9
    Equivalent MTBF(hrs)=1/FIT rate = 1 / 125 FITs
    Equivalent MTBF(hrs)=8M device hrs

    1. Hi,thanks for your reply,I have found the MTBF value of INA240A1MPWTSEP, and whether this two chips INA240A1MPWTSEP and INA240A1PW are the same value?
    2. Im also looking for the MTBF value of LM2904? Can i calculate the MTBF value of LM2904 using formula offered above .as follows:
    MTBF(hrs)=1/FIT rate = 1 / 125 FITs
    3. Can you hellp me calculate the MTBF of LM2904? thankyou very much!

    If you are interested in the LM2904, I'd suggest creating a new thread with that part number tagged and titled. That way an application engineer in that product line will get to you in a timely manner.
