Please let me have basic question.

TPS54335A has body diode at High side FET?

And how much is the Vf and allowable loss in mW ?

My customer has conecern because they have a use case Vin < PH .

Hi,

Yes, there is body diode, Vf is about 0.6V.

It should be less than approx. 50mA ~ ?

Hi,

There is no issue if the current of body diode is lower than 4A.
