Dear TI Experts,
I am using LM5060 ,and find that LM5060 is burned when it was switching the enable pin on or off, which also caused the MOS break down~
The load current is about 60 A,the output voltage is 48V
The schematic is as followed, the mosfet I am using is ixfn420n10t,100V，420A,Rds 2.3mΩ
