What issues, if any, need to be considered if one wants to buffer the voltage divider on the input and output, VINAC and VSENSE, of the UCC28070?
For UCC28070, the input/output voltage sampling usually is just a voltage divider. But if I want to use a differential op-amp to buffer that signal, is that ok for UCC28070?

Please find below the op-amp circuit. I would assume with this op-amp circuit, there will be a clean separation between power ground and signal ground. It's probably not necessary for UCC28070, but we also have a MCU that will sense the input/output voltages.
