Hello,
First, From the 2V7002L, I don't think it has a hundreds uA drain-source leakage current when maximum voltage of SS pin is 4V and Vgs = 0V.
What is your test condition and measure method?
Besides, The gate resister R182 is too large, please use a small gate resister or just a 0 ohm resister. What is the purpose of R185? I think it is not necessary, it will lower the speed of disabling.
Last, my suggests are:
1. Use another small signal MOSFET with a smaller drain-source leakage current.
2. Increase the charging and discharging current of SS pin through increasing RCHG.
3. And increase the cooling capacity for 2V7002L, since high temperature, larger drain-source leakage current.

Teng
Hello,
Yes, but may you reply my other questions in my last response? How did you measure drain-source leakage current?
Thanks,
Teng
