    If this design was made for a 12V 2A (24W) output then you will not be able to get a 4A (48W) output without redesigning the circuit.

    You can use the Excel calculator for the UCC2897A to help with the component selection and you can check on the reference designs to look for a suitable 48W reference circuit. For example PMP8861 attached is a 12V/120W active clamp design with an 18V to 72V input.
