Customer used TI/TPS92512 for LED driver control, Since they need to drive 0.7A current for LED control. Could customer used 250 Hz for PWM frequency design ? Thank you.

Yes. If the full current set-point is 1.5A the duty cycle will be 46.7% (using the above graph). If the current regulation set-point is reduced to 0.7A then duty cycle will be 100% and it should linear dim as the above graph with 0.7A being the maximum at 100% duty cycle PWM.
