    What's your input voltage and output voltage? If Vin > Vout, it can't turn off. Or you can upload your schematic I can help to check for you. Thanks.

Hi Dave,

     How about the status now for your TPS61165? Is that the reason of supply voltage is larger than the forward voltage of the LED load?
