LM34936: Need MOSFET step files for CSD17577Q3A and CSD17575Q3

I'm working on my LM34936 Buck-Boost design. I need the 3D step files for the MOSFETs: CSD17577Q3A and CSD17575Q3. I need to accurately model my design in 3D because space is so constrained.

Where can I find these? Please let me know.

Just to confirm the pairing of the parts with the step files... the CSD17577Q3A (DNH0008A_Q3A). And the CSD17575Q3 (DQG0008A_Q3), right?
