hi  Team:

I want to designed a Isolate dc-dc  power!

Vin: 10-16V

Vout:+12V/1A,-12V/0/5A;

  product Size: 30*30*12mm can OK? if not,Product size can be increased;

Do you have any recommendations?

    Hi David,

    Flyback topology is recommended for this spec.  But generally it can achieves approximately15w~20w / inch^3 with 90Vac~265Vac input. 

    So it is almost impossible to meet your requirement of power density, especially the input voltage is so small, which will lead a larger size.

    You can use PWM controller UCC28C45, or UCC38C45, or UCC28C41, or UCC38C41.
