Iset pin is used to program the slope compensation current ramp by connecting a resistor, RSET.
Please refer to page 6 in date sheet about how to select resister RSET for a desired compensating slope with a specific peak compensating ramp voltage at the CS pin.
In general, the amount of slope compensation required in push pull to avoid sub-harmonic oscillation is equal to at least one-half the down-slope of the output inductor current, transformed to the primary. For amount of slope compensation selection, I recommend refer to sections 8.1.3 and 8.2.27 in datasheet LM25037.
