BQ77905: SIMULATION MODEL

Hello,

Can I get the masked simulation file of BQ77905 chip in any of the simulation platform(like MATLAB,sPICE etc.). since i dont need the interior information of the chip just i want to simulate the chip to verify my design was working fine or not.

I'm afraid right now we don't have BQ77905 in any of the models you mentioned. Please feel free to send us the schematics for review.

Hi Sandy,

In the below attached datasheet of BQ77905 page no.25 the design for 13 cells are provided.But i am trying for 15 cells.For that only i needed that BQ77905 chip simulation.

Hi Keerthana,

If you would like to use 15 cells, you can use the schematic provided and add 2 more cells to the bottom device. This means each device in the stack would have 5 cells. See the upper devices for reference on how to connect 5 cells.

Unfortunately, we do not have any simulation models of this device.
